How to add the chat widget to the booking engine

To integrate a chat on the booking website, as in the following example: https://engine.witbooking.com/demo_urbano, you must follow these steps:

  1. Go to Integrations > Markup manager.
  2. Select "Create markup" and enter the code indicated by the provider in the Markup tab.
  3. Configure the remaining fields as indicated in the following screenshot:

  • Active: Yes
  • Print One time: Yes
  • Position: After the tag opening
  • Location: All pages
