Steps to create and configure a new accommodation

Below are the steps to create a new accommodation (room, apartment, plot, tent, etc.) and then add it to the inventory.

1. First, we create the accommodation:

• Go to Inventory → Define Inventory → Accommodations. [How to create or edit an accommodation]

2. Once the accommodations are created, we proceed to create the inventory lines:

• Go to Inventory → Define Inventory → Create Batch Inventory Lines. [How to create inventory lines]

3. Configure the new inventory lines to map them in the connected Channel Manager. To do this, manage the inventory Excel file:

• Go to Inventory → Define Inventory → Inventory Table, where you can manage the inventory lines. [Edit inventory via Excel]

4. If you don’t have a Channel Manager and want to manage the inventory manually, follow these steps:
