Internal reserve note

When editing a reservation from Reservations > Listing > Actions > Edit, you will see the following field: internal notes.

This field allows any backoffice user to add notes on a specific reservation. 


It can be consulted:


  • In the backoffice of the engine by accessing Reservations > List > Actions > Edit
  • When downloading the Excel file with a column indicating the content of the internal note.              
  • In the comments field sent to the channel manager. 

How to identify that a booking has an associated internal note?


In the booking list we have added a new column “Internal notes” which will indicate:


  • X when it has no associated note.
  • {check} when it has an associated note

*The field has also been included in filters to make it easier to see which ones have an internal grade and which ones do not.
