How to create or edit accommodations

To create or edit accommodations, you must access Inventory > Define Inventory > Accommodations.

Once in the interface, you can create the new accommodation in Create new accommodation option or edit existing ones by selecting the edit pencil   for the accommodation in question.

It is important to select a code that easily identifies the name of the accommodation. The code is an internal identifier in the inventory table and will not be visible in the client interface.

All translations must be complete.

To upload accommodation photos, they must be loaded in the images section, taking these points into account:

• Images must have a resolution of 1900 x 1080 pixels and a maximum size of 10MB.
• The limit is 10 images.
• Valid formats: png, jpeg, or jpg.
• File names cannot contain special characters; only letters and numbers can be used.

You can define the order in which images appear in the client interface by modifying their position.

You can also modify the order of accommodations appearing in the client interface by dragging the cursor to move their position.
