How to create inventory lines

To create multiple inventory lines at once, you will need to go to Inventory --> Define inventory --> Create inventory lines in bulk.

The selection of each option will determine the sales possibilities that will be generated in the inventory table.

In this section, you will see the created accommodations + occupations + rates + conditions.

You can create as many inventory lines as you need for each accommodation.

In the example above, we will create only 1 line, which will be: 

Double room, 2 adults, Room only and Free Cancellation.

You can create multiple inventory lines depending on what you choose. If we click on more options, as many lines as we choose will be created.

Finally, once the bulk inventory lines have been generated, proceed to save the work by clicking the "Save" button at the end of the page.

These lines will appear with hidden visibility for the user until they are configured in Inventory --> Define Inventory --> Inventory Table --> Edit inventory by Excel

While the lines are hidden, they will not be visible on the front end of the engine and cannot be booked.
