Extras with quota allow you to add and control the availability of additional services, such as spas, special dinners, exclusive activities, and more. With this tool, you can define how many of each extra are available in the inventory and ensure they are not oversold.

How to Start Using Extras with Quota?
Setting up extras with quota is easy.
The first step is to create the extra within Inventory > Extras/Services (for more details on how to create an extra, refer to the following guide). Only the following types of extras can have a quota:
- Per room/day
- Per room/specific dates
- Per person/day
- Per person/specific dates
- Unit/day
- Unit/specific dates
For these extras, the following option will be displayed: "Availability."
If we choose the "own" option, it means that quotas for each service can be assigned through Inventory > Management.
There are three ways to set availability values for an extra:
1.Access the Bulk Update modal by clicking the button:
When the modal opens, click on Extras.
In the Update section, there is a dropdown menu with various criteria to define: Select Availability and enter the desired availability value for that extra in the "Enter value" field.
Set the date range for which you want to modify the availability and select the extra you want to edit.
Click Update, and the quota will be applied to that extra.

2. Assigning a Value for Each Day - In the Management Table:
Activate the "Enable Edition" button, and you will be able to set availability directly in the fields for the specific dates you need.
3. Assigning Fast Update Value:
Click on the double arrow icon.
Enter the numeric value for the desired date range within the specific extra.
