What is 2factor (2FA)?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security method of identity and access management that requires two forms of identification to access resources and data, in this case, our backoffice.
2FA is an effective way to ensure that an organization or individual does not fall victim to a cyber-attack or hacker and uses access codes or token generators subject to time constraints to prevent identity theft and data loss.

How do I access the back office from another computer with the same user? (How to share QR code)
Here’s how you can duplicate and share the code on another device:
- First, on the second device where you need the code, install the Google Authenticator extension, just like on your main computer.
- Open the extension on your main computer and click on the grid icon (square icons).
You will see the QR code for that user, and you need to save it so you can send it to the other computer. (You can capture the image and email it to yourself, save it in a shared file, etc. The key is to have it on the other computer so you can download it.)
- On the new device, open the Authenticator extension and first click on the edit pencil icon.
And then click on the "+" symbol.
You will see options to download and import the QR code to the new computer.
Once the QR code is imported, you will have the same code on both computers and will be able to log in with the same user on both devices.
You can repeat these steps on as many devices as you need to share access.
