This manual details the steps to configure different cancellation policies during certain periods of the year. This type of configuration will be very useful for those properties that offer different cancellation conditions for the same rate during the year.
To carry out the configuration, the cancellation policies must be created in the usual way following the indications in the complete manual and emphasizing the following particularities:
1) Create a cancellation policy for each period by editing the start/end date field and assigning the appropriate penalty.
2) Define an order in the cancellation policies from more specific to more generic.
3) Go to Inventory --> Define Inventory --> Conditions and assign the policies that correspond to each rate.
