Cancellation policies from the Aggregator engine

If you manage several hotels, the Aggregator engine (AGR) allows you to create content once and apply it simultaneously to all the hotels you select.

Benefits:

• Save time: configure it once instead of hotel by hotel.
• Keep everything consistent: all hotels in the chain display the same information.
• Stay in control: from a single screen, you can see which hotels use each configuration.

2. Cancellation policies

• Create a cancellation policy in the Aggregator and apply it to the hotels you want. (Manual on creating cancellation policies)
• The dates and penalties will be the same across the entire chain.

What each hotel sees

• The identifier will have _agr added to it (for example, CAN_GRATIS_agr).
• The USO column will show Shared.
• Each hotel's own policies are not visible from the Aggregator.

If a hotel has a condition (CG, NRF, etc.) that uses this policy, the system will only allow you to remove it from the Aggregator engine.
