Promotions shared from the aggregator engine

It is possible to create a promotion in the aggregator engine and share it with your linked engines. 

To create a shared promotion, you must go to the aggregator engine's extranet and follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Inventory > Promotions / Featured > Create new promotion section. 
2. Configure the promotion with the corresponding parameters. In the following guide you will find more details: How to create a promotion?
3. In the "Inventory Lines" section, select the inventory lines to which the promotion applies across all corresponding engines. 

Please consider the following:

• Editing and deleting this promotion can only be done from the aggregator engine.
• The blocking of the shared promotion must be applied in the extranet of each linked engine (not from the aggregator engine).

Example:

• Aggregator engine: hotel_aggregator
• Aggregated engines (children): hotel_1 and hotel_2.
• We want to create a 5% promotion for hotel_1 and hotel_2.
• The promotion must be configured directly in the extranet of the hotel_aggregator, and the inventory lines for hotel_1 and hotel_2 must be selected.
