FlexMyRoom Integration with Booking Engine

FlexMyRoom is a tool designed by hoteliers for hoteliers that offers protection and peace of mind to both the hotel and the traveler.

It is a tool that allows for the reduction of cancellations through a unique insurance product for hotels.

Steps to perform the integration:

1. Contact FlexMyRoom.
   
   
2. Once the corresponding service is contracted in each case, FlexMyRoom will provide you with  the necessary configuration credentials to integrate with Witbooking.
   
   
3. Write to our support team via MySepteo indicating the credentials (Flexmyroom property secret and Flexmyroom establishment id) and the connection type (“Total Direct Sale” or “Secured Flexible Rate").
   
   
4. After receiving the information indicated in point 3, Witbooking enables the connection and responds to the client, CCing FlexMyRoom so they can finalize the integration  and perform the relevant tests on their end.
