Payment method: FreedomPay

The FreedomPay payment gateway is now available on Witbooking. This manual will guide you through the integration of the FreedomPay payment method into your establishment's booking engine. It is a simple process that will allow you to offer your customers a secure and efficient payment experience.

Below, we summarize the steps you need to follow to link FreedomPay with the booking engine:

1) Contact your FreedomPay agent to obtain the following credentials:

• ES Key
• Store ID
• Terminal ID

2) Access Configuration > Settings > Payment Methods > FreedomPay.

3) Enter the credentials provided by FreedomPay

4) Select the payment methods to be used: Credit Card (Visa, American Express, and Mastercard) and/or Google Pay.

5) Modify the translations of the name that will be displayed on the front of the engine, preferably as "Credit Card". This change will be reflected on the checkout page.

4) Associate the FreedomPay payment method with the conditions you desire. Access Inventory > Define Inventory > Conditions and select the FreedomPay option in the rates you wish to charge through this payment method.

* To charge a non-show in the Bookings > List > View booking > Make Payment section, it is essential to include "noshow" or “no show” in the description. This ensures that the charge is processed correctly.
