It is possible to configure a promotion that applies a discount to the reservation if it is made on specific dates.
To do this, you must create a promotion with its corresponding parameters. In the following manual, you will find more details: How to create a promotion?
In the "Booking window" section, click the green "Add booking dates" button to open the configuration window.
The promotion will be applied during the indicated hiring dates and can be restricted by days of the week and time ranges. The following fields must be completed:
- Activation start date: the date from which the promotion is bookable.
- Activation end date: the promotion's end date
- Enable promo by time range (optional)
- Enable promo by days of the week (optional)
Example
- Promotion bookable for a specific date
The created promotion can only be enjoyed if booked from 05/23/2021 to 05/29/2021.
- Promotion bookable for a specific date and time
In this case, the promotion can only be booked from 05/23/2021 to 05/25/2021 between 4 PM and 8 PM.
- Promotion bookable for a date and days of the week
This promotion can only be booked from 05/23/2021 to 05/23/2021 on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Each configuration can be edited or deleted using the icons in "Actions":
