How to set up customised questions?

It is possible to configure customised questions, in addition to those already displayed by default by the booking engine, in sections such as extras, guest information and in the modal that opens when starting the cancellation process of a booking. 

To configure these questions, go to Communication > Forms > Create new; the following screen will be displayed: 

In the field "Enable for:" you have to select to which section you want to assign the question.

They would be displayed as follows on the frontend of the booking engine: 

Extras: all the extras created in the extranet will be listed and you will have to select to which of them you want to apply the question. 


Guest form: you can add additional fields to be filled in by the user in addition to the default fields in the booking engine. 


Cancellation mode: you can add a question within the pop-up (modal) that pops up when a guest decides to cancel their booking.

Once it has been assigned to which section the question should be assigned, it is necessary to proceed with the creation of the questions. 

 Questions may be compulsory or not and you can select the type of answer you wish to apply:

Free text: a field in which the user can enter text.

Drop-down:  the options must be separated by a comma.

Day of stay selector:  the user will be able to select one of the days within the booking period from a drop-down menu.
