How to set up the pre-stay email

The booking engine allows you to configure a pre-arrival email that will be sent automatically to guests with reservations registered in the booking engine, and it’s possible to schedule the message to be sent a certain number of days before the Check in. 


It’s useful to remind the guest that their arrival day is approaching and, furthermore, offer them other types of promotions or communicate any information that may be of their interest.


On this screen you will be able to:

  • Activate or deactivate the sending of the emails.

  • Set the days before the check-in for sending the email to each guest. 

  • Title the email (in all the languages that your witbooker has configured).

  • Give content to the email (in all the languages that your witbooker has configured).
