How to set up a goal in Google Analytics

Setup process

Goals are defined at the view level.  To go to a view, click on Admin and then select an account, a property, and a view. Click on Goals and then on Create a goal.

Follow the steps in the account setup process to configure a goal. After completing a step, click on Next step to save changes and continue with the process. Click on Save goal to finish. To exit the process without saving changes, click on Cancel.
