How to create or edit rate conditions

To create or edit conditions, go to Inventory > Define Inventory > Conditions.

 

To edit the extra click on the icon. 

To eliminate the extra click on the icon. 

To copy the extra click on the icon.  

To create a new condition, click on the button.

For newly created conditions a ticker (or abbreviation of the condition) should be selected, preferably a two-letter ticker. 

The fields shown in the image must be configured. 

View of the conditions at the front of the booking engine:

• You can choose the deposit, whether we want to charge a percentage of the booking in advance, a minimum charge or charge the first night. 

• In the advanced options you can specify additional information, such as check-in time, check-out time, pets…

• For each condition/rate we can associate a different charging method.

• The conditions have to be related to a cancellation policy.

Once the new condition type has been created, it can be selected to "Create inventory lines".
