The FreedomPay payment gateway is now available in Witbooking. This manual will guide you through the integration of the FreedomPay payment method in your establishment's booking engine. It’s a simple process that will allow you to offer your customers a secure and efficient payment experience.
Below, we summarize the steps you need to follow to link FreedomPay with your booking engine:
1. Contact your FreedomPay representative to obtain the following credentials:
- ES Key
- Store ID
- Terminal ID
2. Go to: Parameterization > Payment Methods > FreedomPay.
3. Enter the credentials provided by FreedomPay.
4. Select the payment methods to be used: Credit card (Visa, American Express, and Mastercard) and/or Google Pay.
5. Modify the translations of the names that will be displayed on the booking engine interface, preferably to "Credit Card". This change will be reflected on the checkout page.

6) Associate the FreedomPay payment method with the desired conditions. Go to Inventory > Define Inventory > Conditions and select the FreedomPay option in the rates you want to charge using this payment method.
* To charge a no-show booking in the section Booking > List > View booking > Charge, it is essential to include ‘noshow’ or ‘no show’ in the description. This ensures that the charge is made correctly.
