Nemuru is a financing platform that connects companies, banks, and consumers. By making this integration, we manage to offer different entities to finance the reservations of an establishment.
How should it be configured in the engine?
In Settings > Payment Methods, a new option will appear in the dropdown.
There we can add the new payment method (it can only be added once, not more).
The data we will need is as follows:
- Agent ID
- User
- Password
These three fields will have to be provided by Nemuru to the client so they can be filled in with the correct information. The other fields that appear afterwards are the usual ones (deposits, code...).
How will it look on the front of the engine?
In checkout this payment method will appear (provided that we have linked it to a condition), which will open a modal with the fractionated payment options. The user will be able to manage the financing with the entity.
On the checkout screen, we will find the option “Fractionated Payment” with the simulator just below:

Once we fill in the guest’s details, we click on “CONTINUE” and the following screen will appear:
On this screen, we see that everything is blocked, as we have already created the reservation (in PENDING status). If we decide to change the payment method, the fields will be unlocked.
Finally, by clicking on “Continue”, the “Nemuru” modal will appear to choose how to make the installment payment. We follow the next steps until we make the payment and the reservation will be confirmed if everything is correct.
General Considerations
a) IMPORTANT: This payment method will ONLY work for reservations with a 100% deposit. It does not work with reservations without a deposit and with a partial deposit.
b) Once we click the first time, the reservation is created in ORANGE – PENDING, if we finalize it and everything is okay, it will turn GREEN – CONFIRMED.
c) When changing the payment method, all fields must be unlocked because a new reservation is generated.
d) What appears in the first step of fractionated payment is a simulator.
