Payment method: Deferred Payment

Deferred payment is a payment method that consists of blocking inventory and prices, so that the guest later receives an email for a reservation pending confirmation and if the guest does not make the payment within the time frame set by the property (hours, days, etc.), the reservation is automatically canceled with a prior notification email.

• Maximum Stay (in days).
• Minimum lead time (in days).

• Condition (rate). A different rule can be configured for each rate, i.e., one for "cg" and another for "ta".
• Auto-cancellation (in hours). The reservation is automatically canceled if the customer has not made the payment within the hours configured in the rule.

• Confirmation bis. Associated payment method that will be offered to the customer to make the payment. These must be active payment methods for each of the rates.
• Devices. Whether the deferred payment is offered to all customers or only when they access through a "mobile" or "desktop" device.

• Payment deferred: Activated on mobile with a minimum lead time of 48h, and free cancellation condition.

• Payment deferred: Activated on all devices if the price is less than 200€ with a minimum lead time of 24h (before check-in) and a non-refundable condition.
  • It auto-cancels in 12h if there is no payment.

• Payment deferred: Activated on all devices if the price is greater than 1000€ with a minimum lead time of 15 days and a non-refundable condition.
  • It auto-cancels in 7 days if there is no payment.
