The following explanation is a summary of the steps to be taken in order to upload texts in different languages:
1) Go to Settings > Parameterization > Languages.
2) Select the option “Activated” in the language you want to enable.
3) Once activated, the language option will appear on the screens where texts have to be entered:
4) Enter the translated texts in the following fields:
Inventory > Promotions/Highlights → Insert text in each highlight or promotion created.
Inventory > Extras/Services → insert text in each extra created.
Inventory > Define Inventory > Accommodation → insert text in each accommodation created.
Inventory > Define Inventory > Conditions → insert text in each condition created.
Communications > Web messages → insert text in each web message created.
Communications > Email confirmation → insert if you have a personalized confirmation email.
Communications > Email pre-stay → insert if you have a personalized pre-stay email
Communications > Email post-stay → insert if you have a personalized post-stay email.
Settings > Property info > Actions > Edit > Name → edit the name of the hotels, as by default is “Hotel Demo”.
Settings > Property info > Actions > Edit > Description → insert text in the hotel description.
Settings > Parameterization > Payment methods > Transfer → insert if payment by bank transfer is activated.
5) Go to Settings > Parameterization > Languages and select the Displayed option to be displayed in the booking engine.
