How to create batch inventory lines

To create multiple inventory lines at once, go to Inventory → Define Inventory → Create Batch Inventory Lines.

The selection of each option will determine the sales possibilities that will be generated in the inventory table.

In this section, you will see the created accommodations, along with their occupancy, meal plans, and conditions.

You can create as many inventory lines as needed for each accommodation.

In the example above, we will create only one line:

Double Room, 2 Adults, Accommodation Only, and Free Cancellation.

You can create multiple inventory lines depending on your selections. If you select more options, as many lines will be created as chosen.

Finally, once the batch inventory lines are generated, save your work by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

These lines will initially be hidden from the user until they are configured in Inventory → Define Inventory → Inventory Table → Edit Inventory via Excel.

While the lines remain hidden, they will not be visible on the booking engine’s front end and cannot be reserved.
