Bundling - Accommodation grouping

As a hotelier, I want to offer bundled options to cover the selected occupancy in the booking form with separate accommodations, while still offering the available options for the entire selected occupancy.

Examples of Bundles:

Search for 4 adults - Possible Bundles:

• 2x Double Room | 2 adults
• 4x Single Room | 1 adult
• 2x Deluxe Sea View Room | 2 adults.

Search 4 adults + 4 children - Possible Bundles:

• 2x Family Room | 2 adults + 2 children
• 4x Double Room | 1 adult + 1 child
• 2x Superior Room | 2 adults + 2 children

Note: Currently, it only allows grouping homogeneous accommodations and occupancies (search for 4 adults = 2 x Double Room | 2 adults); by default, everything that can be grouped will be offered.

How do I activate bundling in my booking engine?

1- In the booking engine's back office, I go to Configuration --> Behavior

2- Additional grouped accommodation options (e.g. 4 adults = 2 Double Rooms)

-Do not show

-Show options

-Show options when No availability

How will it appear in the booking engine?

In this case, we would see a search for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children):

1. The available accommodations to cover the entire occupancy selected in the booking form will be displayed in the booking engine as a single accommodation unit.

2.  Additional grouped accommodation options will be displayed to cover the selected occupancy (e.g. 4 adults = 2 Double Rooms → only if there is sufficient availability to offer the grouped units.

Below each room (as can be seen in the attached screenshot), text is displayed clarifying that the price is per N rooms (the units indicated in the bundle) followed by the corresponding tax and fee information.

Accommodation options are sorted according to the sorting criteria selected in the engine → ascending price or custom order,

Note: The price displayed is the total corresponding to the bundling according to the linked units.
