Your customers can easily modify their reservations, as long as you activate this option in the Back Office (Settings > Reservation Modification).
What can they modify?
- Dates: Your customer can adjust the dates of their stay.
- Accommodation: They can change the occupancy, room type, or even the rate.
- Extras: Add or remove additional services. Want a spa massage? No problem!
You decide what they can edit
From the Back Office, you can configure which modification options are available for your customers, limiting them according to your establishment’s needs.

What happens after the modification?
Both the customer and the accommodation will receive a confirmation email with the updated reservation.
The changes will automatically sync with the Channel Manager and PMS.
Want to activate it?
Simply go to the Back Office and customize the options according to your needs.
