Waiting List

We can offer potential guests the option to register on a waiting list if accommodations are unavailable. They will be notified via email when availability opens up, allowing them to complete a reservation.


To enable this feature:

Within the booking engine backoffice, go to Settings > Behavior > Show/Hide Elements. A checkbox appears for the field: “Waiting List.”



  • Unchecked → Default option. The waiting list option is not displayed in the booking engine.
  • Checked → The waiting list option is displayed in the booking engine where it is enabled.


Below is an example of how the waiting list process works: 


  1. The customer sees the booking engine without availability, with the images in black and white and a “Receive Notification” message.
    Note: Alerts can be created for general booking engine availability or for a specific room type.





2. Once availability is restored, either due to a cancellation or additional capacity being loaded, the customer who joined the waiting list will receive the following email, allowing them to make a reservation.
