Below are the steps to set up the sending of surveys to guests after they have left the hotel.
1) Go to Communications > Email post-stay
Here you can insert text into the survey email fields, in all available languages:
Title: here you have to insert the title of the email.
Content: text and link to the survey that will be attached to the email.

Content thank you message: this will appear once the survey has been completed.
Days from check-out for sending: here you will choose the number of days from which the email will be sent after the check-out, the email will be sent at 10:00h.
Email sending: in this checkbox you can enable or disable the sending of surveys.
If you have your own survey, using it is as easy as inserting the link to it, in the same way as the default survey.
Let’s see the result of the configuration:
2) Go to Communications > Post-stay survey
In this screen you will be able to choose the visibility of the survey questions:
3) Go to Communications > Survey results
In this section you can review the results of the surveys by searching for a range of dates, this action will display a list that you can export to Excel.
