Values or texts accepted in the following columns
Daily Rate / Daily Rate:
- "Own". Entering the word "Own" allows you to assign specific values to the rate of an inventory line using the calendar located in Inventory --> Management, which is normally governed by the Channel Manager.
- Referenced rate. If you want a line to have a referenced rate from another, enter the ticker of that other line in the "Daily Rate" column.
- Referenced rate + supplement. In this same column, you can also add supplements, either with a numerical or textual value. The advantage of adding a textual supplement is that its value can be easily edited in Inventory --> Management --> Supplements, whereas if it's a number, it will have to be edited line by line. This supplement can be multiplied/divided/added/subtracted by any value you want.
*Keep in mind that the supplement applies to the per-night rate and not to the entire stay.
Availability / Availability:
- "Own". Entering the word "Own" allows you to assign specific values to the rate of an inventory line using the calendar located in Inventory --> Management, which is normally governed by the Channel Manager.
- Shared availability. If you want a line to share availability with another, enter the ticker of that other line in the "availability" column.
- Numerical value. Numerical values are NOT accepted in this column.
Lock / Lock:
- "Own". Entering the word "Own" allows you to assign specific values to the rate of an inventory line using the calendar located in Inventory --> Management, which is normally governed by the Channel Manager.
- Shared lock. If you want a line to share its lock with another line, enter the ticker of that other line in the "Lock" column. Therefore, the lock of a "child" line will depend on the lock of the "parent" line.
Min. Stay / Max. Stay:
- "Own". Entering the word "Own" allows you to assign specific values to the rate of an inventory line using the calendar located in Inventory --> Management, which is normally governed by the Channel Manager.
- Shared stay. If you want a line to share the same stay conditions as another, enter the ticker of that other line in the "Min. Stay" box. (d)" or "Max. Stay (d)".
- Numerical value. Numerical values ARE accepted in this column.

Min. Notice / Max. Notice, Minimum and Maximum Release:
- "Own". Entering the word "Own" allows you to assign specific values to the rate of an inventory line using the calendar located in Inventory --> Management, which is normally governed by the Channel Manager.
- Shared release. If you want a line to share the same advance notice conditions as another, enter the ticker of that other line in the "Min. Rel.(h)" or "Max. Rel.(h)" column.
- Numerical value. Numerical values in hour format ARE accepted in this column.
Codes / Codes:
- Promotional code that we want to apply to this inventory line.
Excluded Checkin Days / Excluded Checkout Days:
Textual value: this column allows excluding check-in or check-out days for a stay. It is governed solely by a nomenclature where each day of the week is represented by a letter: M (Monday), T (Tuesday), W (Wednesday), Th (Thursday), F (Friday), Sa (Saturday), Su (Sunday)
Closed to arrival / Closed to departure:
- "Own". Entering the word "Own" allows you to assign specific values to the rate of an inventory line using the calendar located in Inventory --> Management, which is normally governed by the Channel Manager.
- Shared values. If you want a line to share the same CTA or CTD conditions as another, enter the ticker of that other line in the corresponding column.
Rack Rate:
This column is used to indicate the ticker of the inventory line that is the RACK rate, so that on the engine's front end, the customer sees the price crossed out in relation to the line that is not Rack and has a lower value. It is simply a way to display it to make it clear that there is a discount on that rate compared to the Rack rate.
The crossed-out price is the Rack price and the one shown without a strike-through is the NR, hence the 13% discount:

Visible:
This column is used to give or not give visibility to an inventory line in the customer interface, where "0" is interpreted as invisible and "1" as visible.
Action:
This column is used to suppress an inventory line by writing the word "Delete".
NOTE: The columns must have the following configuration to be deleted:
- Daily Rate, Avail. and Lock columns: "Own"
- Rest of the columns must be empty
- The last column, Visibility, must be 0
